Season

Our season runs from late September through June, with weekly practices focused on learning, skill-building, and creating music together.

As spring arrives, our competition band heads into a busy schedule of performances, parades, and competitions.

Practice Times

Tuesdays at McDougall United Church, 8516 Athabasca St S.E., Calgary, AB.

Chanter & Drum Pad Players: 7:00 – 8:00 p.m.

Intermediate Players:

7:00 – 8:30 p.m.

Competition Band:

7:00 – 9:00 p.m. 

Travel

Our players have exciting opportunities to travel and perform throughout Alberta and Western Canada during the competitive season. The band periodically participates in events across North America. Travel gives our youth unforgettable experiences — building confidence, friendships, and memories that last a lifetime.
